Aloe Vera Benefits For Hair
Aloe Vera plant is a phenomenon plant and has many benefits worth for skin and hair. Too much contact to dust, sun and pollution makes your hair very dry, weak and damaged. It takes away your hair’ all its natural oils and moisture causing split ends and dandruff like problems. Aloe Vera could be used for all kinds hair problem, especially for dry and damaged hair problem. Regular use of Aloe Vera as your hair pack will make your tresses soft smooth, and damage-free. It has alkaline properties which would help you to maintain the pH level of the scalp and hair. Thus, it keeps the hair moisturized and allows its growth naturally.
Aloe Vera has long been used on burn up and external wounds as an antiseptic in order to ease swelling, and remove bacteria. It is used in ammonia-free hair color and hair care products as it helps soothe those who have a sensitive scalp and are prone to irritation.
It helps to reduce dandruff from the scalp as it has enzymatic property and anti- fungal properties. It could also heal some scalp diseases like psoriasis and seborrhea.
Just extract aloe vera gel from aloe vera plant and apply it on your scalp. Leave it there for 30 minutes and thereafter wash your hair with a mild shampoo. In order to get better result, apply it directly on your scalp without oiling your hair.
Mix 2 teaspoons of fresh Aloe gel into your favorite conditioner and use this Aloe Vera mixed conditioner daily. It would increase the moisturizing property of your conditioner as it could deeply hydrate your hair shafts giving you soft and smooth hair.
Into 2 teaspoons of Besan (gram flour), put curd and one teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel. Mix these well to make a smooth hair pack and apply this hair pack on your hair. After 30 minutes of applying this paste, rinse your hair with a mild shampoo.
For Soft Hair
Take 3 teaspoon of Aloe gel and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and coconut oil. Put these together and mix well. Massage onto your scalp with this mixture and leave it for 20 minutes. Then, wash your hair with a shampoo.
Aloe vera has enzymes which could help us to remove the dead skin cells that block the pores on the scalp. While helping to unclog your follicles, It will not affect the nutrients that promote hair growth thus producing no side effect to your natural hair growth.

You may apply fresh Aloe Vera gel directly onto your scalp and wash it off after 20 minutes with the help of mild shampoo. It works wonderfully for your hair giving you soft, smooth and healthy hair.
