Eating guava could stop bleeding in your gums and make a your teeth stronger. Guava helps to kill l bacteria present in our gums and thus stops bad breath. Take 2 or 3 soft leaves of guava tree and chew these leaves when you get bleeding in gums or bad breath.

Baking soda
Baking soda is one of the excellent home remedy to get rid of bad breath problem. Take a pinch of baking soda and clean your teeth with it to get fresh breath. Take a glass of warm water and mix one tablespoon of baking soda and gargle with it. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times a day to get effective result.
