Loose Motion
Onion
Take 1 onion and slice it length wise into thin pieces, fry this onion on a pan with 2-3 teaspoon ghee till it become golden brown. Have this fried onion with plain rice. This helps shall reduce pain in abdomen and also frequency of passing stools.

Bitter gourd Juice
If you can bear the bitterness of bitter gourd juice then you might be glad to know that it is also a good remedy for loose motions. Take two bitter gourds and extract their juice. Have this juice for hydrating your body and stopping your loose motions.

Mustard Seeds
Mustard seeds are found to have certain antibacterial properties that could be effective in treating loose stools. Add 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds in a tablespoon of water. Leave this content for one hour. Now drink this water as a regular oral tonic. Take it two to three times a day to get rid of loose stools.

Lemonade
Lemon juice has anti inflammatory properties that help in easily clearing the stomach. Extract the juice from 1 full lemon. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of sugar to it. Shake it well. Now take this lemonade every hour till you feel that the toxins in your intestines have been flushed out. Make sure that you consume just soup or broth or semi solid food for a couple of days until returning back to your normal diet.

Pomegranate
Eating the pomegranate seeds during loose motion can help you to reduce the symptoms and to stop loose motion. Meanwhile you must keep on eating two fruits a day to reduce loose motions. You may also blend the pomegranate seeds in a mixer and extract its juice. Take a glass of this juice at least three times a day so as to get effective results. Pomegranate is a fruit that will help in reducing the loose motion problems quickly.

Fenugreek Seeds
Take one to two teaspoons of dried fenugreek seeds and powder it in a blender and make its fine powder. Mix this powder in a glass of water and take this water every day in the morning on an empty stomach for two to three days to get complete relief from loose motions.

Honey
Take a teaspoon of fresh and pure honey every day. It would be better if you avoid organic honey. Add 1/2 of a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and the pure honey to a glass of warm water. Mix it well. Take this water on empty stomach early in the morning. Continue the same at least two times in the day to cure your bladder infection. You would see visible results within two days. Sago
Sago is also known as an effective ingredient which can help in reducing stomach pains and also to improve digestion. Soak sago in enough quantity of water for three hours. After sago has consumed a lot of water, you may drink the remained water after soaking to get relief from stomach pain and It also will help in preventing loose motion further. You need to drink this water several times a day to see its good effects.

Mint And Honey
Mint leaves have already been used for Old age to treat loose motions or diarrhea. It has antibacterial properties which help in quick digestion. Extract mint juice from fresh mint leaves by beating it in a blender. To a teaspoon of mint leaf extract add a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of lime juice. Mix them well and take this mixturee two to three times a day for two to three days to get rid of your loose motions.

Bael Leaf Powder
Take 25 grams of dried bael leaf and fruit powder and mix with 2 tablespoons of honey. Take this mixture three to four times a day and continue it until you feel yourself free from loose motion. Bael leaves and the bael fruit, which is also known as wood apple, are found to be an excellent ingredient that will help in soothing stomach muscles and reducing loose motion problems.

Dry Ginger Powder

Raw Papaya

Chamomile Tea
Make a cup of tea of chamomile tea of which ready-made tea bags are available in the market. If you wish to have a healthy herbal tea, you may boil 1 teaspoon of chamomile flower together with a spoon of peppermint leaves in a cup of boiling water. Boil this mixture for 15 minutes. Stir the mixture and have this tea at least three times a day to get better relief from digestion problems.
