Loose Motion is known as diarrhea also i.e. frequent passage of loose stools or watery stools. Loose Motion drain all your energy as each time you pass loose stools; you are losing water and minerals from your body. People may have diarrhea once or twice every year. The situation is more frequent in children. Loss of water from water causes dehydration. Watery bowel movements are very common and are usually not very serious.
